# Optimax Contributes 10K to Inagural FAME Scholarship

Optimax CEO Rick Plympton presented Karen Springmeier, FLWIB Executive Director, with a check for $10,000 at the annual FAME event in January to get the fund started.

The **FLWIB **is currently accepting donations for the scholarship, which will be managed by a FAME sub-committee. The goal is to raise $100,000 within five years, so that the fund will be endowed and self-sustaining.
