Dental Insurance
Dental insurance that includes, after meeting your calendar-year deductible, 100% of preventive, 80% of basic, and 50% of major procedures, 50% on (child) orthodontics with a $1,000 max. Company pays 50% and employee contribution is paid with pre-tax dollars.
Eligible: beginning of month following 90 days of service.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Supplements mandated NYS short-term disability to 66 2/3% of pre-disability income. 100% employee contributory.
