The Optimax Manufacturing Tolerances Chart provides boundaries for appropriate tolerances for each attribute of an optic. Optimax will send a quote within 24 hours for requests for quote (RFQ) that are within these guidelines, and can deliver as fast as one week ARO.

Optimax quotes are structured to offer standard pricing and delivery. Options for a quicker delivery are available and will be provided upon request. This empowers the customer to balance price and delivery consideratons, yielding the best chance for project success. All optics are produced to customer supplied specifications and Final Inspection Data is supplied to verify quality.

Optimax recognizes the importance of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) regulations. DPAS projects should be identified in the request for quote. From the time a rated purchase order is received to the time it ships, we have systems in place to ensure that critical DPAS schedules are met.

If an Expedited Delivery is requested at the time of order, our team will assess our ability to meet the delivery. This includes verifying the availability of optical materials, workforce availability and technical requirements. If an expedited delivery is ordered, an acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours.

Optimax provides an On-Time Guarantee. Whenever expedited delivery is requested we will use all of our people and equipment in an effort to make the delivery, this includes working through the night and weekends if necessary. We work hard, but we’re not perfect; so any unearned premium will be refunded to the customer in the event of a late delivery.
