Dental Insurance
Dental insurance that includes, after you have met your calendar-year deductible, 100% of preventive, 80% of basic, and 50% of major procedures, 50% on orthodontics with a $1,000 max. Company pays 50% and employee contribution is paid with pre-tax dollars.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Supplements mandated NYS short-term disability to 66 2/3% of pre-disability income. 100% employee contributory.

Personal Time Off (Paid in Advance)
Hourly employees receive 80 hours pay after 1 year of service, increasing per schedule thereafter. You will receive this payment in your payroll check the week of your anniversary hire date.

When Optimax received a diamond turned lens that was to be part of a multispectral system, reducing surface roughness for signal to noise system performance became a top priority. Optimax polished the diamond turned lens, decreasing surface roughness. This reduced light scatter and increased system performance. Providing a higher quality optic to the customer enabled another successful project.
